Job Openings: 
Executive / Sr. Executive: Analytical Method Validation 
Responsibilities: 

·         Preparation of protocols and Reports for Analytical Method Validation, Method Transfer/Verification/ feasibility studies

·         Involved in the validation activities that to analytical method validation of the OSD/injectable/parenteral products.

·         Hands on HPLC, GC and the other instruments.

Executive / Sr. Executive: Quality Control – IP/FP & Stability 
Responsibilities: 

·         Analysis and Stability studies of Injectable and Oncology products

·         Perform sampling and analysis of finished product, packaging material, in-process, validation, stability samples

·         Exposure on analysis of Process validation, hold time study, cleaning verification and packing material relevant to injectable.

·         Handling of QC instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, KF, Polarimeter, etc.

Executive / Sr. Executive: Quality Assurance 
Responsibilities: 

·         Review and impact evaluation of deviation and change control, method validation / verification / transfer protocol and reports, specification, standard test procedure, test data sheet, GTP and logbooks.

·         Review of standard operating procedure, Process Validation and Cleaning Validation data, investigations and associated CAPA, validation / revalidation master schedule.

Experience: 2 to 6 years
Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc

Executive/Sr. Executive – Packing

Job responsibilities:

·         Experience working in manufacturing – packing area of Tablets & Capsules.

·         Exposure to latest HMI/PLC based Bulk / Bottle / Blister Line Operation & Cleaning like IMA PG/CVC .

·         Knowledge on In Process checks related to Bulk/Bottle/Blister Line from Primary to Secondary Equipment i.e. Unscrambler, Counter, Check Weigher, Cotton Inserter, Capper, Induction Sealer, Retorquer, Labeler, Top Sorter Challenge tests, Pressure Decay Test etc.

·         Knowledge of cGMP, data integrity & audit trail is essential.

·         Experience of working in a facility catering to regulated market.

·         Having exposure to work in Oncology or Containment Facility.

Required Experience: 2 to 7 years

Required Qualification: M.Pharm/B.Pharm

Executive/Sr. Executive – Manufacturing

Job responsibilities: 

·         Experience working in manufacturing area of Tablets & Capsules (Granulation, Compression, Coating)

·         Knowledge of cGMP, data integrity & audit trail is essential.

·         Experience of working in a facility catering to regulated market.

·         Having exposure to work in Oncology Facility.

Granulation: 

·         Exposure to latest HMI/PLC Based Roll compactor Operation & Cleaning (WIP) on machineries like Alexanderwerk WP 120 .

·         Knowledge of Sifting & Blending.

·         Exposure to Wet Granulation.

Compression: 

·         Exposure to latest HMI/PLC Based Tablet Compression Operation & Cleaning (WIP) on machineries likeGEA/Fette/Korsch .

·         Knowledge on In Process checks related to Tablet Compression, Challenge tests, Pressure Decay Test etc.

Coating: 

·         Exposure to HMI/PLC Based Tablet Coater Operation & Cleaning (WIP/CIP) on machineries likeGansons/Neocota/ACG .

·         Knowledge on Film /Enteric Coating, In Process checks related to Tablet Coating, Gun Validation / Spray Pattern etc.

Required Experience: 2 to 7 years

Required Qualification: M.Pharm/B.Pharm
