Job Description :
- Mainly involved in formulation compounding chemist, filtration and filling activities.
- Handled moist heat sterilizer (MACHINE FABRIC AUTOCLAVE).
- Handle vial washing,filling machine (NKP PHARMA).
- Handle cartridge filling machine(MAR MACHINE).
- CIP, SIP, validation and Operation of Freeze dryer (LSI).
- CIP, SIP, validation and Operation of mixing vessels.
- Execution of media fills validations, Process validations & Cleaning validations.
- Taking line clearance for washing, filling & Sealing operations.
- Monitoring personnel movements in Aseptic area operations.
- Involved in online completion of BMR, log books & final review.
- Maintenance of various documents and records as per cGMP.
