• Experience in Downstream processing, Chromatography (Affinity, Ion exchange, Gel filtration, Hydrophobic interaction)
• FPLC – Handling FPLC, AKTA, TFF, Filtration units- Protein Quantification Assays, SDS Page Western Blot etc
• Should have experience in preparation of SOP’S & documentation.
• Good Communication skills & presentation skills

• Hands on skills in analytical techniques -Protein Estimation, Gel Electrophoresis, HPLC, ELISA and blotting techniques

• Good Understanding in Method development and validation concepts.
